Laura Inter is coordinator and founder of the project, Brújula Intersexual, which since 2013 has offered support and information to intersex people and their families. Mara Cristina Toledo is a Physical Anthropologist at the Escuela Nacional de Antropología e Historia (ENAH), and graduated with a degree in Philosophy from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). She has approached intersexuality as an ally and through research. Currently, she works as a research assistant at El Colegio de México and has worked with Brújula Intersexual since 2014, organizing workshops, supporting projects, and representing Brújula Intersexual in events and forums nationwide.
